Inspired by rhythm, creativity, freedom, and joyful expression, this special edition of Midweek Unwind invites you to step out of your head and back into your body.

There are no routines to memorize.

No performance.

No expectations.

Just movement that meets you exactly where you are.

Whether you find yourself stretching, swaying, laughing, breathing deeply, or simply resting for a moment, every experience is welcome.

Each Midweek Unwind gathering blends somatic movement, breath, mobility, and nervous system restoration in a welcoming community space. Throughout the year, special themed experiences invite us to explore movement in new and inspiring ways.

Please enter through the ballroom entrance on Culpeper Street (not through the main restaurant entrance). Parking is available nearby. If it's your first visit, arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have time to find the entrance.
