Walk With Me

Welcome.

I'm so glad you've found your way here.

If we've never met before, my name is Ayern, and I'm the founder of Body & Soul Wellness.

Before we talk about classes, herbs, or coaching...

I want to tell you why this place exists.

For more than twenty years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people through movement, personal training, mental health, trauma-informed coaching, breathwork, herbalism, and embodied wellness.

I've celebrated incredible victories with clients.

I've witnessed quiet breakthroughs that happened not through pushing harder—but through learning to soften.

And I've learned just as much from my own life as I have from any certification.

Because healing isn't something I teach from a distance.

It's something I continue to practice every day.

For a long time, I believed wellness meant trying to become a better version of myself.

Stronger.

Healthier.

More productive.

More disciplined.

But somewhere along the way, I discovered something that changed everything.

Healing isn't about becoming someone else.

It's about remembering who you've always been.

That single truth became the foundation for everything I teach.

You won't hear me tell you to ignore your body.

Or push through pain.

Or earn your worth through movement.

Instead...

I'll invite you to listen.

To breathe.

To become curious.

To notice where you're holding your breath, where you're bracing, where you've forgotten that your body has been trying to protect you all along.

Because I believe your body isn't the enemy.

It's your oldest companion.

Your wisest teacher.

And your first home.

Today, my work centers on helping people regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate strength, resilience, and well-being through movement, breath, herbal wisdom, and compassionate guidance.

Some people arrive looking for strength.

Some come searching for relief from stress.

Some are navigating hormonal changes, grief, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves.

Whatever brings you here...

You are welcome.

Exactly as you are.

You'll hear me use one word often.

Permission.

Permission to move differently.

Permission to slow down.

Permission to take up space.

Permission to rest.

Permission to trust your own experience.

Because I believe...

Permission is the doorway home.

Body & Soul Wellness was created to be more than a place to exercise.

It's a place to reconnect.

To remember.

To move with freedom instead of fear.

To nourish yourself with intention.

To gather in authentic community.

To discover that healing doesn't have to feel like another thing to achieve.

It can feel like coming home.

If you've found yourself here, I don't believe it's by accident.

Whether we meet in a movement class, share a cup of tea, breathe together in stillness, or simply cross paths through these pages...

I'm grateful you're here.

I'd be honored to walk beside you.

A Few Things That Feel Like Home

Outside of teaching, you'll most often find me slowing down enough to notice the small things.

I love flowers and herbs left to grow a little wild.

The first cup of chai beside a crackling winter fire.

Walking barefoot through the grass.

Early morning light spilling across the fields.

Curious conversations that wander without a destination.

Listening to music while my daughter, our pug, (and at least one cat) insist on sharing the same cozy spot.

These simple moments remind me that healing rarely arrives in grand gestures.

More often, it quietly finds us in the spaces where we finally feel safe enough to exhale.

Maybe that's why I've built Body & Soul Wellness the way I have.

Not as a place to become someone new...

But as a place with full permission to just be, to remember who we are before the world made us brace ourselves.

If you've found your way here, I'm grateful.

I hope you'll stay awhile.

Move.

Nourish.

Gather.

And when you're ready...

I'd be honored to walk beside you.
