For one special evening, Midweek Unwind opens across generations.

Bring your child. Bring your parent. Bring your grandparent. Bring someone who feels like family.

Together, we’ll move through an evening of music, breath, playful movement, free expression, connection and rest—exploring what happens when different generations share the same space and simply move together.

A Soundtrack Across Generations

Music is at the heart of this special Midweek Unwind.

We’ll move through a specially curated soundtrack spanning generations—from the sounds of the 70s, 80s and 90s through Y2K and into the music shaping today’s generation.

Some songs may take you back. Some might belong completely to someone else in the room. And some might surprise you.

Throughout the evening, different generations will have opportunities to lead, follow, mirror and share the way their bodies respond to the music.

Because every generation has its songs.
Every generation has its movement.
And every body has a story.

There’s no choreography to learn and no experience required. You’ll be guided, but there is plenty of room to move in your own way—to sway, spiral, shake, laugh, play, rest or simply listen.

Who Can Come?

All ages and generations are welcome.

Children and parents. Teens and grandparents. Adult children and their parents. Chosen family. Friends who feel like family.

You do not need to come as a traditional parent/child pair.

If you belong to one another, you belong here.

Younger participants should be comfortable taking part in a guided group experience alongside their grown-up.

No mats or equipment needed. Please bring water.

No dance or movement experience is necessary.

Come as you are. Move as you are. Move together.

Come solo or bring someone you love.
Individual registration is $20, or bring additional guests for just $10 each.
